artist board assignment process

1. ARTIST IS SIGNED

• Board delineation is not communicated to artist upon signing.

• Archivists reach out for archive.

2. INTERNAL NEW ARTIST MEETING

Manager, Digital Director, and assigned Portfolio Editor meet to discuss board placement.

• Recommendation is made by Director of Digital.

• If there is a disagreement between manager and Digital Director, TWG Location Director will weigh in.

• If artist is placed on the development board, Digital Director will provide agent with specific feedback action items required to graduate to main board.
