Upon signing with The Wall Group, each new artist will receive TWG’s branded gif to post on their social to announce their new representation.
what gets posted
TWG’s social media channels are a holistic representation of the agency and brand. While we try to amplify each artist as much as we can, it is not an artist portfolio. All posting requests should be sent via email with artist info, content context, and timeline (if applicable). You can also utilize the social media alert checkbox on Jaguar to notify timely bookings.
ONE-ON-ONE ARTIST MEETINGS
In today’s climate, one of the greatest tools an artist has is a social media presence. The Social Media team offers one-on-one meetings with artists to provide best practices, latest tips and tricks, and content creation strategy that they can apply to social media channels. Email the team one week in advance to schedule a meeting on behalf of the artist.
SUPPORT PORTAL
The Wall Group has access to Facebook/Instagram’s support portal that enables us to get expedited tech support on all platform issues. When glitches occur on your artist’s Instagram, notify the social media team and allow for a one-week turnaround to solve the problem.

Artist verification applications are submitted on a monthly basis. Please provide the name and photo ID of the artist by the last week of each month to be submitted for the following month.
analytics
The Social Media team has access to social media analytics tools that inform and interpret artist performance. Utilize the team to assist in pulling relevant stats around potential partnerships and other opportunities.
To note: Due to revised Facebook privacy laws, most third-party analytics platforms are no longer able to accurately provide impression numbers. The most accurate numbers can found on the analytics tab directly on the Instagram app. The social media team can coordinate with artists to pull their most up-to-date impressions.
